You see, as a Contingency Search Firm, you would only owe ISC a Fee if you hired one of our referred candidates. The Fee would be agreed upon up front (in writing) and is usually computed as a percentage of the candidates first years earnings.

We welcome you to compare our candidates to those you find on your own, and choose the one which you feel is most qualified. If you do not hire one of our referred candidates, you owe us nothing. It's that simple.
