ISC is a Contingency Search Firm specializing in the CNC Machine Tool industry.
Over the past 20 years, we have placed hundreds of people in a variety of positions in the
Machine Tool industry. Our client list includes most of the major Machine Tool companies
throughout the U.S. and abroad.
It is our goal to provide you with the most efficient means of locating qualified
candidates. Our experience, reputation and database allows us to access candidates that
you would not normally find through traditional advertising, in house recruiting and
referrals.
The entire Machine Tool industry is experiencing great difficulty in finding qualified
candidates for the types of positions we specialize in. And the best news is, you can use our service and continue to search for candidates on your
own, with no up front out of pocket cost to you.
You see, as a Contingency Search Firm, you would only owe ISC a
Fee if you hired one of our referred candidates. The Fee would be agreed upon
up front (in writing) and is usually computed as a percentage of the candidates first
years earnings.
We welcome you to compare our candidates to those you find on your own, and choose the one
which you feel is most qualified. If you do not hire one of our referred candidates, you
owe us nothing. It's that simple.
