ISC is an Executive
Search firm that specializes in the CNC Machine Tool industry.
ISC's founder, George Schortz, began his recruiting career in 1978 with
Salesworld, Inc. in Los Angeles. In 1980 George formed ISC and has
established himself as one of the leading recruiters in the Machine Tool
industry.
Our client base is primarily made up of CNC Machine Tool builders and
distributors, both from the U.S. and abroad. The types of equipment
includes turning, milling, grinding, EDM, CMM and fabrication. In
addition, we work with many of the tooling and accessory manufacturers.
Although based on the West Coast, ISC works with companies and
applicants throughout the country and currently have openings in the
Eastern, Central and Western regions of the United States.
